Philip Balac is Managing Partner of LPX Partners, bringing over a decade of operational and commercial leadership in global logistics. Since 2016, he has been central to the Asia-Pacific expansion of Logistics Plus, rolling out multiple offices across the region and managing major client relationships with Google, Citadel, GE, and WeWork.

At LPX, Philip leads the firm’s focus on scalable logistics and critical infrastructure opportunities across Asia and other key growth markets. His operational background and trusted network of stakeholders across Logistics Plus and its partners give LPX a unique execution edge—ensuring that investments are commercially viable, operationally sound, and capable of being scaled effectively.

Philip holds a B.A. in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University in Boston. He is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Serbo-Croatian. Based in Shanghai, he brings an operational edge and regional depth that strengthen LPX’s ability to scale transformative logistics and infrastructure opportunities worldwide.
