Frank Droog is Senior Director of Business Development at LPX Partners, operating from Dubai to drive strategic partnerships and market expansion across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. With over 25 years of international experience in logistics, oil and gas, and project development, Frank brings deep expertise in complex sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining, and EPC projects.

Throughout his career at global logistics leaders including Maersk and Damco, Frank has secured large-scale contracts and built enduring relationships with C-suite executives across the energy and infrastructure sectors. His prior leadership roles at Europe West Indies Lines and Boon Transport saw him spearhead market expansion and execute high-value commercial projects across Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean. Earlier, he contributed to expanding his family business in the Netherlands, establishing his foundation in pragmatic, entrepreneurial business development.

Frank’s particular strength lies in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and transforming challenging market conditions into strategic opportunities. Known for his results-driven approach and ability to bridge cultural and commercial divides, he combines deep sector knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and execute transformative opportunities.

Frank holds degrees in Sales & Account Management and Shipping & Logistics, and is fluent in Dutch and English with working knowledge of Spanish.
